Meet Dr. Nathan Balasubramanian, or Dr. B for short – a true educational superhero and leader. He has spent over 30 years helping schools become amazing places to learn!  With over 30 years of experience, starting from his own journey in India, Dr. B believes in a powerful idea: every child can succeed if given the right support and tools. He is on a mission to make sure every kid has the chance to grow not just in what they know, but as a whole person. 

With his smart strategies, Dr. B has even helped schools go from failing grades to almost perfect scores in just a year across four states! He has studied and trained in top universities around the world, including in the USA, UK, and India, and knows exactly what it takes to make a school the best it can be. Now, he runs his own company, iLearn, where he keeps finding cool, new ways to make learning fun and powerful for students everywhere! Check out his impressive one-page Résumé.


Dr. B has worked with some of the biggest school systems in the U.S., helping them find new ways for students to succeed. Imagine helping over 270,000 kids get better grades and enjoy learning more – that’s what he does! He loves connecting with students, families, and teachers, making sure everyone works together to help students reach their dreams. Through his company, iLearn, Dr. B is on a journey to help every student shine and to make learning a successful adventure for all.
